Fall Heating Tune-Up

Check the burners
Check carbon monoxide levels
Check for proper venting
Check manifold pressure
Check heat exchanger
Check heating elements

Spring Cooling Unit Tune-Up

Check condenser coil and clean
Check refrigerant levels
Check relays
Check and blow out condensate in drain lines
Check A/C safety features

Trip charges on service calls for heating or A/C equipment will be waived for maintenance plan members.
